Class Descripton

Fresh berries deserve a handmade bowl! Create your very own ceramic berry strainer bowl. Using hand-building techniques, you'll shape, texture, and personalize a functional bowl that's perfect for rinsing and serving fresh berries, cherries, grapes, and more. No pottery experience? No problem! This class is designed for all ages and skill levels. Our instructor will guide you through every step - from rolling slabs and adding drainage holes to decorating your bowl with unique textures and designs. Come get your hands dirty, explore your creativity, and leave with a one-of-a-kind piece you'll enjoy for years to come. Perfect for: Families, beginners, teens, and adults What to bring: Just yourself - we'll provide the clay, tools, and instruction! Finished pieces: Join us during Open Ceramics Studio Thurs 10-1 pm, Fridays 2-5:30 pm or Saturdays 11-4 to glaze your high fire piece.
