We welcome all mediums, as long as pieces are gallery-ready and equipped with wire hanging hardware.

The Prairie Arts Center’s Main “Erickson” Gallery, located on the main level, features a rotating selection of exceptional artwork, highlighting some of the best pieces from regional artists. With new exhibits each month, every visit offers a fresh experience. From established talents to emerging voices, explore a diverse mix of paintings, sculptures, installations, and new media—there’s always something inspiring to discover.

The Focus Gallery welcomes you as you enter through the west doors, immediately greeting you with a striking display of beautiful works. This inviting space highlights a curated selection of artwork designed to capture your attention from the moment you arrive. Featuring a variety of styles and mediums, the Focus Gallery sets the tone for your visit and offers an inspiring first look at the creativity within the Prairie Arts Center.

Located on the main level in the west entry hallway, the Impact Gallery offers a dynamic space showcasing a curated selection of standout artwork. This gallery highlights both emerging and established regional artists, featuring a rotating mix of styles and mediums. As you enter, take a moment to explore these impactful pieces and discover something new with each visit.

Marble Hall, located on the main level just past the Wildflower Gift Shop and Welcome Center, is a true staple of the Prairie Arts Center. Featuring stunning original historic marble floors, this elegant space is beautifully complemented by artwork displayed on the walls. Blending timeless architecture with creative expression, Marble Hall offers a memorable and visually rich part of your gallery experience.

The South Gallery is featured on the main level and unfolds as you move through the Impact Gallery, creating a natural connection to the Marble Hall. This transitional space showcases a thoughtfully curated selection of artwork, blending seamlessly into your gallery experience. With a variety of styles and mediums on display, the South Gallery invites you to slow down, explore, and enjoy the flow of art throughout the space.

The Textile Room, located on the second floor and accessible by stairs or elevator, showcases a rich collection of textile-based artwork. From intricately crafted clothing to beautifully designed quilted blankets, this space highlights the skill, tradition, and creativity behind fiber arts. Visitors are invited to explore the textures, patterns, and stories woven into each piece.

This archived collection features a rotating selection of past exhibitions, highlighting the work of both established and emerging local and regional artists.
