Nocturne Nighttime has captivated humanity since the dawn of civilization. The darkness of the night evokes a sense of wonder, inspiring artists and musicians to explore its mysterious allure, serene beauty, and the dreams that shimmer like stars overhead. Beneath the velvety sky, the night awakens a profound sense of hope, inviting introspection and creativity as it weaves its magic through the tapestry of our imagination.
This collection brings that vision to life through works highlighting intense nocturnal violets, deep blues, and glowing light—created by regional IMPACT Nebraska members interpreting the night sky in bold, expressive form.
IMPACT Nebraska
IMPACT Nebraska is a nonprofit, juried collective of Nebraska visual artists that creates traveling, theme-based exhibitions for museums and galleries. Founded in 1985, the organization is recognized for showcasing the work of nationally recognized Nebraska artists while combining exhibitions with educational outreach and public engagement.
