Unlock the magic of your animal guardian through the power of a Breathwork Journey. In this delightfully fulfilling and expansive class, you will participate in a breathwork journey to tune into your animal guardian. Following the breathwork you will have the opportunity to create a piece of artwork to commemorate your journey and your animal guardian. Discover the absolute healing magic of breathwork as well as meeting and painting your animal guardian or totem. Making art in this intuitive and embodying way allows us to easily tap into flow states of our brain to reduce stress and anxiety and create the beauty we desire. Join Jenny Bonta and Holly Carlini for this collaboration, weaving healing and art together. The class is $60 per person and is limited to 10 individuals. Wednesday, October 9th 7:00 to 9:30 pm. Snacks and drink included.
